How long after the wedding day will we receive our video?
Please allow up to five weeks after filming to receive your DVD by first class post.


Can I change the options after I have booked and placed a deposit?
Yes, you can change the options, realistically up to two weeks before the wedding day, depending on what you want.


What background music accompanies my wedding film?
We use music that you have chosen and supplied. We can select appropriate music for you also if you require.


Do you need to see us before the wedding?
It's always nice to see the couple before the big day. It gives a chance to meet and get to know each other.


Will you attend the rehearsal?
We will come to the rehearsal, subject to availability. We normally arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the wedding to view the site of the ceremony and set-up our cameras.


Should I provide a meal for the videographers?
We are working for up to ten hours during the day. It is a welcome courtesy if you provide a meal for us.
